We accept order cancellations before items are shipped. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

We operate a 14-day return policy. Since our website offers custom-made products, refunds cannot be provided unless the item is damaged during production or shipping, or if a size error occurred due to our mistake. If the product is damaged during transit or the size sent does not match your order, please keep the item unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase when contacting us or replying to our email.

All promotional gifts must be returned with the item. Otherwise, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
